Plain language about what I collect on this site, why, and how you can ask me to delete it.
What I collect
When you download a free guide, send a message, or tell me you'd like to hear from me, I collect what you enter: your name, email address, and (if you share it) a WhatsApp number or a short message. I also detect the country your visit is coming from automatically, at the network level — I never ask you to type it in.
Why I collect it
To send you the guide you asked for, to reply to your message, and — only if you check the separate consent box — to occasionally email you general wellness notes. If your country isn't one the official store currently serves, I keep your email and country so I know where interest is coming from and can let you know if that changes.
Email consent, specifically
The wellness-notes checkbox is never pre-checked and is never required to get a guide you requested. Every email I send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, honored right away. Unsubscribing removes you permanently from every future email from this site.
How long I keep it
I keep your information for as long as you're subscribed, or as long as I might reasonably need it to follow up on a message you sent me — and I delete it sooner if you ask.
Requesting deletion
Email me using the address in the footer below, or message me on WhatsApp, and ask me to delete your information. I'll confirm once it's done.
What I don't do
I don't sell your information. I don't share it with anyone outside of the tools I use to run this small site (my hosting and, once set up, an email delivery service).
